URBANADD collaborated with the owners of the 515 Summit building to initially renovate the top two units of the existing 10 unit building. Through a quick analysis UA found that the site had the capacity to add 10 additional units. The owners were excited about this possibility and moved the project forward. The larger project included renovating the existing 10 units, and a new 6-story structure for the additional 10 units. The scope also included renovations to the existing facades and roof-line, creating a contemporary Nordic feel.
